B.A. in Linguistics and B.S. in Computer Science
Hanson Lu is graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Hanson received Linguistics Department Honors. Hanson was awarded a Sapir Scholarship during his tenure at the University of Chicago. In addition, Hanson received the Leonard Bloomfield Prize for Linguistics, which is awarded by the department annually to the graduating 4th year linguistics major who has the highest GPA in their courses for the major.
Dr. Allyson Ettinger advised Hanson's Honors Thesis.
